Instructions Of Making Chicken Schnitzel(Approx. 1 hour)

Prepare the Chicken

  1. Place the chicken breast in the freezer until it is slightly firm to make slicing easier.
  2. Once semi-frozen, remove and slice thinly.
  3. Coat the chicken with salt and black pepper, then pour the milk over it.
  4. Ensure the chicken is well coated, then marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
