Instructions Of Making Portuguese Egg Tart
- Prepare the Custard Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, combine the egg yolks, whole egg, full cream milk, whipping cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla essence.
- Use a balloon whisk to stir the ingredients until well combined.
- Strain the Mixture
- Pour the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any lumps.
- Set aside and refrigerate for later use.
- Prepare the Puff Pastry
- Roll the puff pastry into a log shape, then cut it into 1-inch (approximately 2 cm) pieces.
