1Prepare all the ingredients: flour, whipped cream, egg, instant yeast, Rose Brand margarine, salt, milk powder, sugar, and desired fillings.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients from Group A. Mix and knead until the dough reaches a semi-smooth consistency. Add margarine and salt, then continue kneading until the dough becomes elastic and smooth. Cover with a clean cloth and allow it to rest until it doubles in size.
3Once the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release trapped air. Divide the dough into 16 equal portions. Take each portion and round it into smooth balls. Repeat until all portions are shaped.
4Take one dough ball, flatten it slightly, and add your chosen filling. Seal and shape neatly. Arrange each filled dough ball in a baking pan. Optionally, add toppings to indicate the filling inside. Allow the dough to proof again until it doubles in size. Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F) and bake for approximately 15 minutes, adjusting according to your oven.
5After baking, brush the surface of the bread with Rose Brand margarine to maintain softness and a beautiful shine. The bread will be tender, moist, and inviting.
