Preparation Time: 40 minutes | Freezing Time: 24 hours

  1. Prepare the Ice Cream Base:
    • In a saucepan, mix powdered milk, cornstarch, granulated sugar, and sweetened condensed milk.
    • Add water gradually while stirring to ensure an even mixture.
    • Heat the mixture over low heat while stirring continuously to prevent lumps.
    • Once it reaches a boil, remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
    • Strain the mixture (if needed) and transfer it to a container.
    • Freeze until it becomes semi-solid.
  2. Prepare the Mung Beans Paste:
    • Rinse the mung beans thoroughly and drain them.
    • Steam the mung beans until they are soft and fully cooked.
    • Blend the cooked mung beans with sugar, salt, and fresh milk until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Whip the Ice Cream Mixture:
    • Remove the semi-frozen ice cream base from the freezer.
